Siroki Lash Studio LLC does not accept order returns or exchanges after products have been shipped due to Covid-19 precautionary measures (no exceptions). We do not accept cancellations after the order is processed, as orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that orders may experience delays during promotional sale events and holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Processing:
All orders process within 1-2 days. Delays may occur during promotional sale events and holidays. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Pre-orders or backordered products may have extended processing times. Tracking information will be sent when your package is shipped.

Refund Policy:
Purchases of SERVICES & PRODUCTS with Siroki Lash Studio LLC are non-refundable. Customers may contact USPS at 1(800) 275-8777. We do not offer price matching within our store or others, and coupons can only be applied at the time of purchase.

Lost/Damaged Packages:
Siroki Lash Studio LLC is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. In the rare instance of loss, missing, or damage, customers may file a claim with USPS (priority mail only). All claims are the customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

Digital Products:
Digital products are sent automatically and will not be refunded after received.

Insufficient Address:
Siroki Lash Studio LLC ships products to the provided address and is not responsible for returned shipments. To have your order re-sent, email us your full address, order number, suite, apartment, unit number, etc. An additional shipping fee must be provided, and you will receive an email payment request. Please allow a full week for processing these orders. Siroki Lash Studio LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

Business Rights:
Siroki Lash Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for any allergies or injuries sustained after use. Ingredients are listed within every product description.
